Binder by Magaya 1.32

Binder is a convenient extension for any Magaya software product that enables the seamless transfer of attachments from your mobile device directly to items or transactions within your database.

It is important to note that Binder is only compatible with Magaya version 11 or newer. If you require assistance with updating your system, please reach out to Magaya support.

To get started, simply follow these straightforward steps:

1. Connect to your database by entering your 5-digit Magaya Network ID.
2. Your Binder Username will be displayed in parentheses on the title bar in Magaya (e.g., johndoe). The Password is the same one you use for Magaya.
3. Locate the desired transaction or item by either manually searching or scanning a barcode.
4. Capture new photos using your phone's camera or select existing ones from your gallery.
5. Review your selections and submit. The photos will be securely transferred to the Attachments tab of the corresponding record in Magaya.
